The resort is just 15 km north of Varna (the capital of the Black Sea Coast) and just 15 minutes away from the famed resorts of Albena and Golden Sands. The location of Bayview Villa Resort was carefully chosen to give its residents “the best of both worlds”, peace and tranquillity combined with easy access to all the main attractions along Bulgaria’s northern sea.This resort will feature landscaped gardens, a communal swimming pool (with adults’ and children’s section), and a pool snack bar for light refreshments. The resort will also have a small supermarket and an administrative office, coordinating the maintenance, key holding and rental services.
Golf
Golf lovers will find the first golf driving range in Bulgaria, being constructed near the resort. This will be will be a 5-star golf complex with a restaurant, a professional golf shop, boutiques, fitness and spa centers. Additional golf courses are also under construction within 35 km north of the village.
Bayview Villa Resort offers 2 types of Villa design -- a single storey Villa (70 M²) and a two storey Villa (90 M²). A total of 42 villas will be constructed. Both designs will have 2 bedrooms, family bathroom, kitchen/diner, lounge and car parking space (outside the villa). The two storey villa has a spiral staircase leading to a spacious sun terrace. All Villas will be finished to the best European standards and will contain fully fitted kitchens, bathrooms and floor and wall tiles.
